Congress Hotels in Tallinn

All prices above are in Euros, fixed currency rate being 1 EUR=15.646 EEK. Congress hotel costs in Tallinn are not included in the registration fee!

Taxes and breakfast are included in the room rate. Please note! In Academic Hostel breakfast is not included in the price. It is possible to buy breakfast package onsite for 2,90 EUR (45 EEK).

Please use the online registration form to make your accommodation reservation and indicate your hotel and room preference from the list above. After registering you will receive a confirmation E-mail with payment information.

Given the fact that the number of rooms available in individual hotels is limited, the accommodation will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. In case the room and/or hotel you have chosen is not available, we will contact you to make an alternative suggestion.

The accommodation reservation deadline is June 22th, 2009. For later registration, accommodation in the above-mentioned hotels and for the special price cannot be guaranteed.

The special price is valid only if registration is made and the accommodation fee is paid fully in advance by June 22th, 2009. All reservations that are not guaranteed with advance payment will be cancelled on June 23th, 2009.

Academic Hostel
The hostel is in a new building and all the rooms are newly furnished. The hostel is located in the Tallinn University of Technology campus, surrounded by quiet residential areas and forest, with easy access to public transportation. Distance from the conference venue is about 1 km and about 8 km (30 min by bus) from the city center.

Reval Hotel Central
Reval Hotel Central is ideally located in the heart of Tallinn where the Old Town is a mere stone’s throw away. The hotel is ten minutes on foot from the Port of Tallinn and 3 km from airport. All Hotel Central’s guestrooms have up-to-date décor and offer multi-channel and pay TV, free WiFi Internet and blackout curtains. Each room has a mini-bar, hairdryer and direct-dial telephone. Reval Hotel Olümpia is situated in the city centre of Tallinn within walking distance from the historical Old Town. Every air-conditioned guestroom at the Hotel Olümpia has a minibar, hairdryer, and free WiFi. All rooms offer multi-channel TV with pay movies. Viru Inn Hotel

Cancellation and Changes
All changes and cancellations should be submitted in writing to Frens Conference Services: secretariat@frens.ee. Your cancellation will be confirmed in writing.
Accommodation reservations can be cancelled or changed before June 22th, 2009. In case of cancellations or changes after that date, or no-shows, there may be penalty fees by the hotels.
